PILOT DISCLOSURE / NOT A RELEASE APPROVAL

No live sales for this product yet
Live billing is not enabled. Proposed pilot prices and Sandbox tests are neither real charges nor approved refund rules. Eligibility, deadlines, consumed units and taxes must be clearly determined before payment is offered.
This pilot disclosure does not govern purchases of other products or claim Paddle approval or guaranteed refunds.
Payment and fulfillment
pending means awaiting confirmation; paid confirms payment without completed entitlement fulfillment; fulfilled means entitlement fulfillment has committed. A browser checkout-success event does not grant units.
Recover and query the original order when its result is uncertain. Do not create a second charge. Declined cards, 3DS, notifications and offline recovery must pass this product's independent real Sandbox acceptance before being described as verified.
Returned units are not a card refund
Failed or canceled hardening jobs release their original reserved unit once, preserving the original expiry. Expired or revoked entitlements do not become active again. Canceling a free inventory does not grant paid units.
Job cancellation, retrying work, releasing units and refunding a payment are different operations. A balance change is not proof that Paddle refunded a payment card.
Refunds, disputes and support
The locally implemented payment lifecycle ties refunds/disputes to the corresponding order and purchased entitlements, without rewriting unrelated gifts. Partial refunds require review rather than automatic unit conversion. This is not real Paddle refund acceptance.
Provide an internal order/job ID and redacted error through support, not card details, passwords, codes or signing keys. Once live transactions open, refunds must follow actual Paddle status and confirmed rules.
